Cooters: Can you or anyone else briefly fill me in or point me to some info on: (1) This litigation between QCOM and IDCC which was apparently resolved last year, and (2) The claims made in this 10/4/00 report from "TelecomTechStocks.com" (whoever the heck they are) that IDCC owns some essential IPR for any 3G implementation of CDMA, including CDMA2000, that would require QCOM to share part of any future royalties with IDCC? telecomtechstocks.com The article/report reads like a propaganda piece, but I don't at present know enough of the background to judge its possible importance or lack thereof.
