The amendment says "the right of the people shall not be infringed", it does not say "the right of the members of the militia shall not be infringed". The phrase "a well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state", is rhetorical it provides support for not infringing on the rights of the people. Also even if you think the right is limited to the militia you should look into who is considered part of the militia under US law. You might be surprised.

Let's see: well the word "militia" is pretty clear; at a time when there was no standing army the militia was more like a reserve. I don't see these guys being militia (unless they are doing so on weekends at the local army base).

The militia at the time where people using their own privately owned weapons. They were not at all like the modern US Army reserve, or National Guard.
