AMD is exhibiting sure signs of accelerating technological leadership. The LDT is but one example. More patents than their MUCH larger competitor is another. In the meanwhile the competition shuffles management around. Sure signs of deteriorating conditions- as typically it takes about 2-3 management shuffles to rectify things. Of course the "simple minded" analysts (who rip off the REgister) cannot understand this phenomena, and think that it's just a "window of opportunity" for AMD while INtel transitions. So Albert Yu is out. Who is next. Paul O.? Barrett? Heck, at this rate they may have to bring Andy G. back. TG
