lizzie, point well taken. i do have the opinion the difficulty arises from folks not knowing what they are doing (buying the wrong software or buying the right stuff and then screwing it up). but, alas, for whatever reason, installation is, more often than not, a pain.

of course, arba has solved the installation problem, often caused by the customer, right? ;-)
