Aelita Software Achieves Record Revenue In
Second Quarter

235 Percent Increase in Revenue Fueled by Windows
2000 Acceptance, Aelita´s Most Aggressive Product
Rollout in Industry

COLUMBUS, OHIO (July 24, 2000) - Aelita Software,
which provides award-winning Microsoft-centric
products to Fortune 1000 companies worldwide, today
announced record revenue for the second quarter of
2000. The privately held company posted a 235
percent increase in revenue over the same period
last year. June was the second best sales month in
the history of the company, producing a 330 percent
increase over sales in June 1999.

The company attributes its growth to the successful
introduction of products that support Microsoft
Windows 2000, a growing sales force and new senior
management in sales and marketing.

"Our strategy has been to have aggressive
development surrounding our Windows 2000
initiative," said Aelita President and CEO Ratmir
Timashev, adding that the company is on pace to
triple its revenues this year. "Windows 2000 is
enjoying a more rapid penetration into the
marketplace than anticipated, so our strategy paid
significant dividends earlier than projected."
