First by the 'day-trading' funds (oct 31) and then by individuals (dec 31). >> This is the case every year and it hasn't stopped the market from doing exceedingly well the fall of '97, '98 and '99. I'm not saying that the next few months will automatically be good for the market, just that the tax selling is a factor every year. Dave
