Jaw droppingly good posts this weekend by everybody, is it possible that this board is back to where it once was?

If the speculation on NTOP taking over T's LD is true, and an integral part of this is IDTC's sale of it's remaining shares of NTOP, why would HJ sell for a mere $75? It gives one the impression that by selling his position, and having T going completely VOIP, he would potentially be cutting his own future profits. I mean isn't NTOP waiting for some of T's LD business to go through them?

Also if T's LD becomes NTOP's domain, one would expect that VOIP telephony would no longer be a tax free experience. Negative? Maybe not, if you tax the new VOIP NTOP/T co. you would have to tax all the others, smaller enterprises would be weakened by this, making a NTOP's current 40% VOIP market share potentially much much larger.
