From an Australian paper:

Tuesday, 03 Oct 2000
From section: Companies And Markets
Publication: Australian Financial Review

Shares in Orbital Engine Corp Ltd rose 15 per cent yesterday in the wake of Friday's announcement that Saab had become the first automotive manufacturer to display a product incorporating the Perth company's engine technology.

Reversing a recent weakening in the stock, Orbital shares jumped to a high of $2.03 before closing 23¢ firmer at $1.97 in trade worth $1.4 million.

The sharp re-rating followed the showcasing at the Paris Motor Show of a Saab incorporating Orbital's fuel injection technology.

Today's x-rate is .534 $Au per $US, which implies a high price of $US 6.50 per ADR price on 10-3-2000. Actual price was no less than $7.90 per ADR. MAN, are we getting robbed over here.
