Hey, he's got as much credibility as I have. LOL Of course I don't claim to know anything or anyone. I do claim to have read the S1 Amendment 4, filed 10/25/99, and in it at page 60 it says:

Holders of approximately 98% of our outstanding common stock as of the date hereof have agreed that ...... from the date of this prospectus, and continuing to and including the date 180 days after the date of this prospectus, they will not offer to sell..... any shares ..... Upon expiration of these agreements, 5,795,302 shares will be eligible for immediate resale in the public market subject to the volume and other limitations of Rule 144. An additional 4,988,694 shares will be eligible for immediate resale in the public market pursuant to Rule 144 subject to the volume and manner of sale limitations in Rule 144 on the date which is one year after the date of this prospectus.

Thus my conclusion is that the poster "school_of_money" is not correct when he states that there is no lockup expiration in October. I should add that I do follow the Yahoo thread, and he has never posted there before, so far as I know. He is also intelligent and well versed in the workings of business. He may or may not have talked to anyone or know anything. Of more interest to me is why he chose this particular moment to appear and post. To me "facts" posted on message boards are not to be believed. What I find more interesting is trying to guess the motivation of the poster. Is he an insider trying to comfort the masses? Does he represent a fund that wanted out in the worst way and was hoping to cause the small investors to blink so he could get out first? We'll never know, of course.

As for me, I still hold what I held, and plan to continue to hold. I am reasonably confident that if they were going to miss the quarter they would have given us that bad news at the same time. An old rule is that its OK to parcel out good news, but if you have bad news, you get it all out of the way at once.

Oh, and speaking of credibility, here is a poster that now has some:
messages.yahoo.com
Early last quarter he posted:
messages.yahoo.com
Then a few days ago posted:
messages.yahoo.com
