Carl, I don't believe that is the discussion. I believe the possibility being discussed on several boards is this: That ATT would go ahead and tender for the balance of NTOP's shares. Then go ahead and switch over to VOIP using NTOP technology (which many of us believe is already deployed). Then combine NTOP with the long distance business which currently throws off, 8 Billion in cash flow and spin it. This plan correlates perfectly with the WSJ article of October 4th on T's spinning the long distance and would double, triple or better the value given the savings to T. Message 13376050
