Good post. What can I say? I am not a sotfware engineer, but had no trouble with Netscape 6. It slid in slick as snot on a plate, but I downloaded from Netscape.com/
I am, in my opinion, only a user of average ability. I have difficulty imagining to whom I would send my bookmarked threads, (BuzPacs.) There are some I would just as soon no one but me knew about. If I was in academia, or engaged in collabrative research I would be really excited about TS, but I don't do either. Therefore other programmes, perhaps easier ones to use, will work as well for me.
Am not trying to be wet blanket, I am long on MMI, and plan to stay that way for the foreseeable future. I just think any of us would be crazy not assess parallel developments from other software writers.
There is a difference between realistic optimism and wishfull thinking.
Talk to yo in 10 days or so, and hope MMI is higher.
