Roger, you may be right. Usually, if only a few insiders sell, it doesn't mean much. They may have to send their kids through college or buy a boat. But here, the insider selling is across the board, the President, the Chairman (a well-known VC with tons of money already), officers, etc. This is extraordinary selling and leaps out from any list of insider selling. Just a thought, but it might have something to do with VTSS valuation and perhaps all the capacity coming on line going forward (see TQNT, ANAD, CLTK RFMD). If you're holding it long-term, don't worry about it.
