GreenLine (div of TD Bank) in Canada will trade 1,000 shares of
any listed stock, US or Canadian exchanges for $29.00 flat rate
if you use either their Webbroker, or Micromax computer trading.
Last year they purchased Waterhouse Securities stateside and offer
the same US and Canadian markets with lower commissions, only
$12 for the same 1,000 shares.

AS far as I know, Canadian citizens must use Greenline, US citizens
use Waterhouse. Both sites have lots of free charts, etc.

Canadians can access MicroMax tollfree from anywhere in Canada or
the US. Of course Webbroker can be accessed from anywhere on the net,
but requires the 128bit key encryption which can only be
"leagally" used within North America. Would this include Mexico???
