DWSC is obviously a speculative play and I wouldn't bet my kids college money on it, BUT I do think it looks interesting enough to put a little play money into. Could be a good one.

I like China as a play anyway and transportation sounds smart. We were joking earlier, BUT tis true that most of the Chinese are still gettin' around on Bicycles.

The property DWSC owns looks REALLY interesting as well. Did you take a look at the website someone posted?
