Haim,

How do things look over there, politically? Actually, how do they look business wise also <g>?

John

It's smarter if I just stick to business. But it's hard to ignore the tensions. What's even worse is the biased reporting I see in the press. Actually, biased is a gentle word - blatant lies come to mind (such as the Associate Press picture published in Newsweek and the NY Times of an Israeli soldier and a person with a bloody face who the reader thinks must be a Palestinian --- wrong, the guy with the bloody face is a Jew and the soldier is chasing a group of Palestinians who almost beat him to death)

Arrrggghhh - I could go on and on. There are MANY examples. Perhaps the biggest injustice is the insinuation that this all started with a visit to the Temple Mount by an Israeli politician. Nothing could be a bigger pile of SH#T. (also consider that the Palestinians destroyed Joseph's Tomb - a site holy to Jews - I didn't say they visited, I said they destroyed it).

Let's get back more on topic. Business hasn't been affected too much (yet) because of the tensions. I haven't seen or heard of interferences with work. The biggest headache from a "business" point of view is that the drive to work has to circumvent certain towns and neighborhoods.

Let's all just hope for the best. I would like to see the violence die down...

Haim
