Let's do it. One of these guys will get turned down. I'd love to sell the oil on the open market and then use the proceeds to invest in oil stocks during the next 6 months. I think I can make at least 33% on the money between now and then as I don't see oil being higher than $40. If it is I'm sure the oil stocks will be correspondingly higher.

The fact that Texaco and other legit co's were turned down tells me that Clinton and/or Gore are somehow connected to these men or profiting from the SPR release more than politcally.
