I did watch this CNN feature on PALM. The Director in charge of this segment is a former Apple executive and is familiar with the education market. This should also help build the future users of PALM. Another interesting application is utilized at Harvard, the students are using PALM VII, which is connected to the LAN system via wireless connection, to communicate their answer in real time to questions posed by the teacher. Thus, real time evaluation of the education process. With over 100,000 developers, the real life application of PALM is limitless. The question is valuation. Will PALM sustain this current valuation in a downtrend market.
