Richard,

I would expect the K before the Q or maybe a concurrent filing. The reason I say this is that the Q has to include the balance sheet for the end of the preceding fiscal year, i.e., Dec 31. We should not see year-end numbers for the first time in the Q. But hey, I've been wrong so many times before I've become gun-shy with my comments.

Some observations concerning their Q: In their notification of late filing they clearly marked item b of part II that says the quarterly report will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the due date but that didn't happen. They also indicate that they are not current on their filings but didn't identify the reports that are delinquent as required under part IV.

On the bright side - Investor Relations recorded message is positive and consequently provides hope!

Good luck, Phil
