If you've had any direct interface with these folk, they, and CibaVision, are in close contract with each other and the retinal specialists.

I'm quite comfortable with their statement and accept that it means that guidance is either on target, or more likely, as conservative as usual.

The shorts have another 4 1/2 trading days to spread their FUD until the earnings release. Actually I suspect none want to stay short into the earnings, so we'll probably see some strong price movement prior to the 17th.
