Hostages are insurance too, then (not saying the Constitution allows them though). And explosives (would you consider these "arms"?). And biological weapons. You can advocate a lot of types of "insurance" if you are looking for things to go bad. Are you for limited insurance policies? And what about people who think things have already gone bad NOW- and want to use those weapons (I assume that's why some one posted the ELian picture in this context. Seemed like THEY thought things had gone bad. Some people seem to think guns should have been used then. What about the inability to control when people think they need to use their "insurance".)
