The retreat over the past 7 weeks has been quite orderly. It is difficult to induce fear if the averages are only going down 100 points in a day. Investors will only dump their holdings at the bottom after a 500 point drop. oh, oh ,oh. Is anyone looking for the end of the year rally? Thanks, rolatzi
