Financials & Tech melting down - now READ THIS: ... George Cole posted this article link on the Gold Monitor thread; it's a must read thesis ! READ THIS ~ safehaven.ca Tech obviously melting down here; now the financials ? Folks - there is more worthless and in reality - uncollaterialized $h!^ paper in the financial markets than at any time in US history - in my personal opinion; it's the greatest fraud ever perpetuated in history. All this investment banking windfall generated by taking public all these IPO's that won't be in business in 18-24 months & doing Junk Bond deals for these imploding tech & internet companies and the eventual unwinding of these irrational derivative positions are going to coming home to roost. The American Public needs to be taught a market lesson about each 20 years... here comes one folks ~ Greed is good - but, only if you're among the first to leave the party early; as Pigs do get fat, but hogs get slaughtered. Robertson, Buffet,Shopkorn,Soros et al were right and will be proven so... as if/when we merely return to the average market multiple of the 1990's - we can see the major indicies "halved" from here ! - wonder if they'll call THAT a "bear market " (VBG) ? Watch Soros redeem himself with a hell of a Euro play... & don't be surprised if Buffet's Silver play is rewarded in a very, very large way as well. The old "bulls" will once again have their day in the sun... PS: Gold Bugs (not the meek) shall inherit the Earth ~ Soon, very soon ! ... just call me "mellow yellow " ~ ...yea as I walk into the valley of the shadow of Nasdq death; I fear no Greenspan evil; for I am a Gold Bug - soon to be the baddest & richest SOB in the valley !
