Search of UAL.com site for Qualcomm or Globalstar yields nothing. Search for "satellite" and you find: United Business International Amenities: Over-water satellite phone (to be installed on most 747-200/400 aircraft, with 767-300 fleet to follow) ual.com United First International amenities: Over-water satellite phone ual.com It's not obvious that these services are via Globalstar. The reference in the RB post re: Qualcomm is intriguing, though.
