I don't expect you or anyone else to swallow that unchewed. If you do you're making a mistake. I have done a lot of checking but the story remains the same. So I posted the story. It's up to us investors to determine it's validity. That said, I still don't believe Alex intentionally lied, he said what he believed at the time. But something sure happend and the story fits for now. I don't think $20mm is all VCD, other parts of the business must have had problems too but probably not to the same extent. This will take time to clear up, so what exactly happend will become more apparent as we move forward. If Hagerdorn is as most say, all the bad news is out. He's lowballing us and giving the company plenty of room to recover. It stands to reason that this could be a case of a new CFO coming in and flushing out the bad news so he can continue to build the company on a clean base. Still long. -Dave
