NT still has engineers. LOL! In all seriousness it may be that NT is providing greater pricing incentives and are able to absorb these because of their execution in the optical space. LU can not benefit from this because their execution in optics has been abysmal. I would guess that NT's revenue growth (not including service/support) in circuit switches is not positive at all.
