More on tranche countdown.... In above post, I estimated 30 more tranches required to clear the 74M$ left to sell. The actual number will vary widely with average volume per tranche and the price of the stock. It's easy to calculate: ($ left to raise)/(Volume)/(Share price) At 7$ and 400K shares per tranche, 74/.4/7=26 tranches At today's close of 7.25 and the average volume so far of 618K shares per tranche, we have 17 tranches remaining. Of course, if the price deflates more or the volume dries up it will take a lot longer. They can move five tranches every two weeks...so we seem to have 7-11 weeks to go, pending changes in price/volume.... As each tranche is moved, the uncertainty in the estimate will decline.
