I am a current significant shareholder in Mattson. I would be not be upset to see the deal fall apart with both STEAG and CFMT at this point. I do not support any additional payments to STEAG, and will vote shares as such. I really don't think it would hurt Mattson at all for the deal to not go. IMHO, given the current market treatment of semi equip small caps, and CFMT being very small and not financially strong, the stock would drop to < 4. At that time I would be happy to join in in your buyout, to the tune of say 1% of the float.
