Jeff, On Yahoo I read the deal as 100mil paid for additional 78mil in revenue and 7.8mil in income or $.58 eps. It seems like they used some great forcasting and extensive research to decide income will be exactly 10% of revenue. These releases mean nothing, and as far as we know aren't more than just Mr Wu's happy optimistic thoughts. Reminds me of CTN's president. Ron
