Hi RR: First of, LUzer is a customer of JDSU. Strauss did say he did not want to compete with his customers but rather do what he could to make them better customers. NT, for a Canadian company, is quite agressive and the reports are that they have so much business in optics that it is expected they will blow estimates for even this lousy 3rd quarter. What I hate to see is that J and NT are being painted with the same brush as the LUzer. Gawd, this has to be LUzer specific problems. They are kinda do a bit of a George W on running their company. I would expect that their FO is down. Man, they were last to the gate on this whole thing. Why would NT and J be brought down in afterhours? I am hoping this is just a knee jerk reaction from the Street. How about that analyst that upgraded LU a few short days ago? Wonder if he has packed his bags for Bermuda?
