Clearly, most of this pipeline would be in Canada (Yukon Territory to British Columbia to Alberta?).

There are two different routes being proposed for the natural gas pipeline. One uses the same route as the Alaska pipeline to cross Alaska and then uses the Alaska highway corridor to link up with existing natural gas pipelines in Alberta. The other follows the MacKenzie river valley in the Northwest Territories to get to Alberta. I have heard numbers like it will cost $10 Billion and it will take 6 to 10 years to build either pipeline.
