Greg, I have a real name. I just don't want to share it on the internet when my opinions expressed here are not mainstream and could be misunderstood by some or otherwise threatening to their world view.

If you didn't know the reason for my screen name, it is because of my interest in astronomy and physics. Cosmos and the forces of nature. I consider this a metaphor for our existence AND a good screen name. I use the little-c cosmicforce to indicate my humility. I am not THE Cosmic Force, just a little one of many cosmic forces. You are a cosmic force, believe it or not.

Now, I know for a fact others use "Disney names" to avoid actual threats by nuts who made veiled references to "taking it to 3D". That seems justified. People are funny that way. When they are dug in to their beliefs, they can vilify those who don't agree and start getting all lathered up and wacky. I can disagree with someone all day long, for weeks, months, and years, but I still don't feel assaultive. SOME people can't.

Look how I was considered a cultist just because I didn't think you should barge into a chat room and start making sweeping, vulgar, and insulting comments to a bunch of people you don't know and don't know you. Oh yeah, and then at this virtual cocktail party announce to God and everyone that you were putting them on ignore and then talking about them as though they were not there. Can you imagine doing that to a guest at your friend's house in 3D? I can't.

Thanks just the same, but I'll stay little-c cosmicforce. I don't think all the good Christian screen names are gone if you want to change your mind. You might consider dumping your 3D identity but that's unlikely to be necessary because you don't really have unorthodox opinions nor are your opinions likely to cause anyone here to go postal (IMO). Now if I took MY opinions to the Ask God thread, I will be glad to have that secret identity. Some of those people get very irate if you question their beliefs (I've lurked). Me, I can stand the questioning of my beliefs all day.
