Keith Feral, I would not call the desire for a Chinese plan for adopting trademark and copyright laws a "redneck" response.

I agree that cdma can proceed without WTO. Indeed, if there is a delay in WTO, then the best way for the Chinese to treat cdma is as an opportunity to demonstrate their bona fides.
