Cosmic... get off the logic of "everyone could justify owning their own cruise missile"... It is QUITE CLEAR when reviewing the history of the American minutemen, that they were expected to possess a rifle, powder horn, and a field kit.. They were not expected to possess cannons, naval vessels, and/or storehouses of live ordnance and barrels of gunpowder. Let's use just a bit of common sense here.
