Ike. Since you live in Europe, do you agree with DELL's, and other tech companies' comments on sluggish Europe demand ?

It seems to me that Europe is taking the hit for slower tech related sales. Is it just because of the Euro, or are the European nations really that slow in upgrading and expanding their technology ? I know Europe is little behind in the Internet world, but I find it hard to believe that demand is that weak. To me, it should be the other way around. Domestic demand should be slowing and countries who fell behind due to EU merger, and Y2K should be increasing demand this year and next.
