Sideware Announces Third Quarter Contracted Revenue

announced that it has contracted revenue of US$900,000 for the third quarter of 2000. During the quarter, 14 customers purchased Sideware's web- based customer service
software.
These figures represent contracted revenue only and are subject to the company's revenue recognition policy. The US$900,000 in revenue will be recognized over several
quarters, as it is earned.
