I agree with your last few sentences. This looks very dire but I think 70% chance we do the old dive/test and rally.

There is a 30% chance imo that we do LLCF that makes the front pages. The damage on the charts as I and others have been screaming since the third week of September is very bad -- worst in 3 years. (Remember those series of alarming posts in September about sliding right in time threw rising support?)

Test of May lows seems to be the first point of business.

The key is the reaction in the old-/mixed-economy charts. NYA chart is still strong, but SPX is on the edge of something very bad.
