I'm new to this thread and noticed your reference to ISI. One of my primary interests is CYMI and I know that they are providing excimer lasers to ISI. I just read that ISI is supplying Selete with a small-field stepper using the 193-nm Cymer laser. Any information regarding the IPO; if or when? And what do you think of their equipment designs relative to other larger companies? Howie
