Gore will go to specifics on soc. sec and 1% going to rich. I feel Bush has to come across well in support of these proposals. If he does it should close this race.

Gore keeps throwing the estate tax $ into the 1% if Bush can show many of the recipients not in high tax brackets (money from 401k, ira, family farms, small business)it may help.
