Sid: Why do I need to elaborate on the obvious? Why the ____ do YOU think the FBI, SEC, and
NASD are conducting a FULL-SCALE investigation of trading in SOLV by many firms and
individuals???

Please just sit back and watch things unfold this week. Most all of ours and your questions will be
answered soon enough.

We're here beachbum, don't worry. All is going according to plan at the Solv-ex plant. There just
isn't any sense debating the pessimists at this point. It's unclear what negatives they'll come up
with after; production is announced Monday, financing soon thereafter, and complete vindication
from any wrong doing by the SEC, NASD and FBI as THEY announce what their investigations
(with alot of help from Solv-ex) have incovered, but, I'm sure the shorts will try to keep the stock
from exploding on the upside somehow.

Aloha

Paul: Someone just bought or covered $302,562 worth of SOLV shares. Could that have been yet
anohter one of us uninformed myopic investors? I'm still wondering why Solv-ex management
hasn't fled the country!! Afterall, they're stock swindlers aren't they? We all know the SEC, FBI
and NASD are investigating them, right?

The fun is beginning....

:-) <---- pathetic me just grinning from ear to ear because it is becoming more and more apparent
each and every day that Solv-ex is more than just "for real", they are well on their way to
becoming a major player in the natural resources industry.

Joan: You hit the nail on the head! It IS part of an ongoing investigation.... The truth is not
something SOLV has anything to worry about. I only wish they would report the facts as they are
instead of sitting by and letting tonto and co. imply whatever it is they please.

I hear Asensio is refusing to comply with court orders and is on the brink of extinction. I won't
miss him and his cronies.

All: I will not be posting again until SOLV passes the $20 per share mark. I figure the shorts or the
hired hands on this thread are going to stick to their guns no matter what I have to say and the
longs are better off ignoring this thread and just tucking their shares away for the long term..., so
farewell my good friends and enemies. Seeya soon enough!

Aloha,
Dave
P.S. SEC: Do your job, NOW. SOLV: Fight on. LONGS: Hold tight.
