My vote for Rat of the year: IARC. They have huge deals lined up; GM and several others. They have the only xml based, pure JAVA aggregation/syndication enabling software, that is bi-directional, uses no repositories, and can aggregate from any source is only one that is RDF compliant (xml standard). VP Business Development, Carter Ransom came over from Digital Island and hasn't missed anywehre he's been. I think it bottomed yesterday and moves up from here. With deals they have coming, I think they hit teens in December. Stonegate Securities (analyst, ha-ha) is short 2m shares as they get 200,000 free shares if price is under $7 on December 7th per terms of private placement they did in June. Once they cover and the deals get announced this will be another ARIA (except we're not in as cheap).
