I'm gonna guess the Chinese dudes are making the same speech to their people. "We now have access to dump our stuff like a big dog on the USA". Neither side speaks of the wonderous opportunity to import mega billions of dollars worth of goods into their own country. It's still a step forward, but I don't anticipate any big bonanza right away.

LGOV wise, everybody can use oil. It's practically a currency. They'll need something to power all their new PT Cruisers.
