y2 yOU ARE CORRECT THAT oCTOBER IS OFTEN A VERY profitable time. However we just had a blow off top in Jan-march on the Nazdaq from a 10 year bull market. It is not wise to buy and hold on the back end of a cycle. The Naz could plummet if things get really ugly, and the upside is limited till the next cycle begins.
