I would tend to agree with dollar cost averaging at these prices. Just don't expect anything too quickly, it could happen though, as it has done it before. From March of 1995 to June same year it went from approx. $3/share to just over $9/share on the beginning of the SGP program. Now, with Europe and Japan picking up steam in the companion animal market and a potential livestock order, similar activity could conceivably take place. When buying comes - and I think it will - I expect a significant upside move. Look at the strategic moves the company has made recently - board additions, FDA and USDA approvals, Fisheries contract, positive scanner results, new veterinarian hired for swine management systems, two consecutive profitable quarters, etc. and one would seem to have plenty of reasons for excitement - all except the current stock price. Someone once told me to buy when noone else is buying and be patient.
