Here is the Nato Story.

PACEL Corp. (OTCBB: PLRP), a Virginia-based company, said its British subsidiary, Fairfax Communications Limited, based in Plymouth, England, has received its first order for Dell hardware from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

This summer, Fairfax secured an arrangement to become the only authorized reseller for Dell computers in Southwest England.

PACEL Corp. President and CEO David Calkins said, “we are pleased that the efforts of the FCL sales organization are bearing fruit, and we look forward to a long and profitable relationship with NATO.”

Fairfax was recently reorganized to serve as an overseas sales office for its parent corporation and will offer PACEL products and EBStor.com Web and e-commerce services to its UK and European client base. PACEL software products include the ChildWatch suite of Internet filters, the Visual Writer document production suite, the Zoomer magnification and copying utility and a soon-to-be released PC security package that the company says will “revolutionize virus and intrusion protection.”

(I like the " Dell " agreement as well as the new Virus protection.)
