Your right john, MSFT has won again, again, and again. This decision was sure a big blow to the governments case. I would not be suprised if they decide to withdraw their complaint.

Lastly, even if MSFT wins the court battle, they have already lost the war. MSFT is not an internet company and the OS does not lend itself to take advantage of the internet. Please refer to Mr. Rick Sherlunds comments. He was very forthright. From what I can tell, MSFT is the next IBM.
