Are they seizeing and mainting control of public hosptials by force? What do you mean by "take over public hospitals".

and when they do they refuse to provide contraceptives, rape assistance with the abortion pill, and abortion services (at any trimester)

Refuseing to provide certain services is not tyrannical or opressive.

Tyrannical religious groups have some of my physician friends who work for women's health living in fear of being shot or blown up at their clinics.

This is the only thing that might be considered opressive.
It amounts to terrosim. However saying that major Religions are tryannical because of this is like saying that the environmental movement is tryanical because of tree spikers and the unibomber.
