My sign should read "you are a sinner, if you do not repent and turn to Jesus to receive forgiveness for those sins then you will spend eternity separated from God im a place called hell. BTW there is no other way to accomplish this except through Jesus Christ."
That sounds a little different than "love Jesus" I dare you to try telling someone the above and see what their reaction is. I think you will be in for a surprise.
