Corel has yet to display the ability to turn around their revenue - they have just bought a significant amount of time to do so. The company is immeasurably better off, and seem to have lucked into a capable CEO. However, the turnaround still hasn't happened. At most I would say that Corel is upgraded to a HOLD - it isn't likely to go lower anytime soon, but there is nothing to suggest it is going higher either.
