J&J bought another medical company today. Perhaps some institution thinks that CTEC could be next.

On the last dip down, I bought a ton of CTEC, so that now 40% of my portfolio is in this stock. This may be a risky move, but I can't help but think that CTEC will be at least a triple in two years.

Obviously, an institution agrees that CTEC is undervalued.
