johnd--The appellate court set the timetable between the two requests. How do you see this as a win for anyone? BTW, how often is the new Attorney General sworn in before Feb 26th in each new administration? And how often does the new Attorney General choose a new Antitrust Chief who is sworn in by Feb 26th? Don't read too much into the timetable.
